Lydia Chang

Dr. Lydia Chang is a DC area native and received her undergraduate degrees from Purdue University. She attended Oklahoma State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine for her veterinary education and graduated last year in 2022 with her DVM. This past year, she completed a Small Animal Rotating Internship at MSPCA Angell West in Waltham, MA where she took on primary case responsibilities for emergency and critical care cases, while also being exposed to surgical techniques. She has a specialized interest in minimally invasive surgeries.

In her free time, Dr. Chang likes running races, checking out local cafes, and snuggling with her cat. She is excited to come back to the DMV area as a surgical intern for VSC and work towards becoming an ACVS board-certified veterinary surgeon.
